About the Role
As a Casual Prep Educator, you will:
- Provide education and care for children in our Prep program.
- Support the Room Leader and team in implementing a curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Framework.
- Foster an inclusive, safe, and stimulating environment for all children.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the wellbeing and best interests of each child.
- Assist in planning and documenting learning experiences.
- Support children’s individual needs and daily routines.
- Build positive relationships with families and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with child protection and workplace safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working with Children Check (paid)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- A practicing Christian with active involvement in a local church, committed to our Statement of Faith
