Calderwood Christian School is expanding its Preparatory Program and seeking passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our team in 2026. We have multiple part-time positions available, including ongoing roles and maternity leave covers.
As an educator in our Prep programs, you'll:
- Support the wellbeing and development of young learners.
- Deliver engaging, play-based learning aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Use innovative teaching strategies and digital tools.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children.
You will report to the Prep Director and work closely with a team of committed Christian Educators.
About You
You're a warm, dedicated educator who thrives in a collaborative, faith-based setting. You'll bring:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to professional growth and ethical practice.
- A reformed Christian faith and active involvement in a local church.
