Calderwood Christian School is a thriving non-denominational Christian day school nestled in the picturesque Calderwood Valley, serving families from Kiama to Wollongong. With over 500 students from Prep to Year 12, we are committed to providing a holistic education that nurtures faith, character, and academic excellence.
Our school is more than just a place of learning—it’s a community where students are encouraged to explore their God-given potential and grow in faith. Our staff are dedicated professionals who model Christian values and foster a supportive and authentic environment.
About the Role

While the role primarily aligns with school hours, occasional out-of-hours work and some duties during school holidays may be required to support key enrolment activities and events.
The salary will be competitive and based on experience, in accordance with the Christian Schools NSW (Support and Operational Staff) Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2023.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support marketing initiatives that reflect the school’s mission and values.

We’re looking for someone who embodies the heart of our school—welcoming, organised, and committed to service. The ideal candidate will bring experience in a similar administrative or front-facing role, demonstrating confidence in managing a busy environment while maintaining warmth and professionalism. - Enjoy the natural beauty of the Calderwood Valley every day.
- Make a meaningful impact on families and students.
