Learning Enrichment Coordinator (Secondary)

  • Lead and manage the Secondary Learning Enrichment team to enhance educational outcomes for students.

Position Overview

The Learning Enrichment Coordinator (Secondary) plays a crucial role in the leadership and management of Learning Enrichment programs. Reporting to the Head of Secondary School, this position involves overseeing the delivery of tailored educational support to students with diverse learning needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing timetables and workloads for the secondary Learning Enrichment staff, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and school policies. This full-time role carries a 0.5FTE Secondary teaching load, in an area of the applicant's expertise. The position commences Term 2, 2025.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to enhancing educational outcomes for all students. You will possess excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of learning disabilities and differentiated instruction.

  • Knowledge of relevant legislation including the Disability Discrimination Act and Australian Curriculum.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, students, and parents.
  • Proven ability to lead professional development initiatives and support staff in implementing best practices.
  • Experience in managing educational programs and resources effectively.
  • A genuine Christian faith of reformed theology, together with demonstrated active involvement in a local church.
